This report to the SIFN members included introduction of new steering committee members, and description of progress in the project. Year 1 was dedicated to identifying the status of instream flow protection in each state's water management process and sharing with the network. Year 2, the emphasis has been on enabling state teams to take ownership and become involved through new resources. Individual states provided updates as well.
